- The prices are per day for a stay of at least 7 days

- For shorter stays and for each additional person a surcharge is added.

General Conditions
- The reservation of an apartment will be confirmed by e-mail, and is binding after the deposit has been paid on time.
- check in: after 14.00 check out: at 09.00
- In case of late arrival and/or early departure the agreed booking price will be charged.
- In case of cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. There is no right of withdrawal in terms of the consumer protection codex. (GvD 206/2005)
- In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival 100% of the agreed booking price must be paid if the apartment cannot be sublet.
- In case of cancellation due to the Corona virus, the deposit paid will be credited for a later vacation.
- For all additional persons not specified in the booking request, an extra charge will be made.
- In case of damage to furnishings, these are to be paid for at the current price or replaced by equivalent ones after consultation.
- Payment with cash, bank transfer or credit card if possible.
